Can people wear military uniforms under Vietnam law?
Military uniform of the Vietnam People’s Army is a system of uniforms for soldiers and officers at all levels in the branches of the Vietnam People’s Army. h) A fine ranging from VND 50,000,000 to VND 70,000,000 shall be imposed in case the prohibited goods are valued between VND 50,000,000 and under 70,000,000;
i) A fine ranging from VND 70,000,000 to VND 100,000,000 shall be imposed if the prohibited goods are valued from VND 70,000,000 to under VND 100,000,000;
k) A fine of VND 100,000,000 shall be imposed in case the prohibited goods are valued at VND 100,000,000 or more without being examined for penal liability.
2. A fine twice the fine level specified in Clause 1 of this Article shall be imposed for the act of producing prohibited goods.
