b) At the Department of Foreign Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City (Ministry of Foreign Affairs).

- Time to submit the application and receive result: working days of the week and Saturday morning, except Sunday and public holidays and New Year.
c) At the headquarters of local foreign affairs agencies authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to receive documents for consular certification and legalization.

Dossiers for consular legalization in Ho Chi Minh city

Validity time of consular legalization

- Exempted from the collection of fees for consular legalization and certification of foreign organizations and individuals on the basis of diplomatic relations and other external cases under specific decisions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
