Handling agency:
In Clause 2, Article 3 of Circular 15/2014/TT-BCA, the agency to deal with is as follows: Traffic Police Division, Road-Railway Traffic Police Department, Public Security Department of provinces and centrally run cities. Deadline for settlement:
