Accordingly, enterprises apply for branches, representative offices in Vietnam will have to prepare a dossier of the following documents:
- Announcement of establishment of branches and representative offices
- A copy of the establishment decision and a copy of the meeting minutes on the establishment of the branch or representative office of the enterprise
- Copies of legal papers of the individual for the head of the branch or representative office.
Procedure for registration of branches, representative office
In order to establish branches and representative offices; enterprises will have to carry on the following steps:
Step 1: Submit the dossier
Firstly, enterprises must prepare a dossier as above; then, they could submit it at the Business Registration office where the enterprise locates its branch or representative office.
Step 2: Recieve the Certificate
Subsequently, within 03 working days from the date of receipt of the application; the business registration agency shall consider the validity of the application and issue the Certificate of operation registration of the branch or representative office.
In case the application is not valid, the business registration agency must notify in writing the contents that need to be amended and supplemented to the enterprise.
In case of refusal to issue the Certificate of operation registration of a branch or representative office, it must notify the enterprise in writing, clearly stating the reason.
