Advertisements for alcohol and beer other than those specified at Points b, c and d of this Clause must contain warning content as prescribed at Point a of this Clause in clear and easy-to-see script.

Pursuant to Article 33 of Decree 38/2021/ND-CP stipulating penalties for administrative violations in the field of culture and advertising:
“1. A fine of between VND 50,000,000 and 70,000,000 shall imposed for one of the following acts:
a) Firstly, Tobacco advertising;
b) Secondly, Advertising alcohol with an alcohol content of 15 degrees or more;
