Venue to hold art exhibitions for foreigners
According to Article 13 of Decree 113/2013/ND-CP stipulating:
The exhibition venue must have an area and equipment suitable to the scale of the exhibition; in addition, it must ensure the conditions of social order and safety, public civilization, environmental sanitation, and fire and explosion prevention and control.

Second, Propaganda, inciting wars of aggression, causing hatred among nations and peoples, inciting violence, spreading reactionary ideas, lewd and depraved lifestyles, criminal acts, social evils, destruction of good customs, and traditions, and destruction of the environment.
Moreover, Distorting historical facts; denying revolutionary achievements; offend the nation, national hero, cultural celebrity; offend the reputation of agencies, organizations, honor, and dignity of individuals.
In addition, Copying, displaying, buying, selling, and transferring fine artworks violates the provisions of the law on intellectual property.
Procedures for granting art exhibition permits to foreigners
Clause 2, Article 15 of Decree 113/2013/ND-CP stipulates the application file for granting an acceptable art exhibition permit to foreigners as follows: (number of 01 sets)
Firstly, an application for a license (form No. 1);
Second, List of authors, works, materials, work size, year of creation;
Furthermore, Each work is a color image of size 10×15 cm. In case of bringing a fine artwork abroad for exhibition, in addition to the application for a permit (form No. 2) and the dossier specified at Points b and c of this Clause, an invitation letter or written document must be enclosed—agreement of the foreign partner and the Vietnamese translation (certified by a competent authority).
Authority and order to handle dossiers for granting art exhibition
The order of settlement: Within 07 working days from the date of receipt of a complete and valid application, the competent state agency specified in Article 14 of this Decree shall consider and grant a permit; In case of refusal to issue a license, a written reply must be given, clearly stating the reason. (Clause 3, Article 15 of Decree 113/2013)
