Step 1. Prepare documents

Step 2. Submit application

Step 3. Waiting for the application to be processed
The time limit for settlement is 01 working day from the date of receipt of complete and valid dossiers. In case the application has 10 or more papers and documents, the processing time may be longer but must not exceed 05 working days. The time limit for settlement of this time limit is calculated on the basis of the number of papers and documents requested for consular legalization; regardless of the document, the document has one or more pages.
Step 4. Get Result
Finally, within 05 working days from the date of receipt of the request, the agency or organization shall have to reply in writing to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Immediately after receiving the reply, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall settle and notify the result of the requester.
