- Thirdly, the logos must meet the distinctiveness of the mark under the provisions of the Intellectual Property Law.

- Author’s Registration Statement;
- Two copies of the Logo Work;

- The process of assessing dossiers at the NOIP:
- Formal appraisal: 01-02 months
- Publish the application in the Industrial Property Official Gazette: 02 months
- Appraisal of content: 09 months
- Pay fees and grant protection titles: 3 months
Logo registration fee
Application fee (for each group of up to 6 products and services): VND 180,000. If the logo application contains more than 6 products/services in a group; must pay extra for each product/service from Saturday onwards VND 30,000.
Fee for claiming priority right for each application (in case required): VND 600,000.
Content appraisal fee (for each group of up to 6 products and services): VND 300,000. If the logo application contains more than 6 products/services in a group; must pay extra for each product/service from Saturday onwards: VND 60,000.
Information search fee (for each group of up to 6 products and services): VND 60,000. If the logo application contains more than 6 products/services in a group; must pay extra for each product/service from Saturday onwards: VND 24,000.
Application publication fee: VND 120,000. Registration fee Logo registration certificate: VND 120,000.
Fee for granting logo registration certificate: VND 120,000.
Fee for publication of logo registration certificate: VND 120,000.
