Secondly, a certified true copy or a copy enclosed with the original for comparison of the decision permitting the establishment of a representative office of foreign education; and a copy of the application file for the decision to permit the establishment of a representative office of foreign education; foreign education sent to the Ministry of Education and Training;
Thirdly, the decision to appoint the head of the representative office of foreign education and the personal history of the appointee;

Besides, the specific location of the foreign education representative office and relevant legal papers.
Regulations on setting up a representative office of foreign education
Within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the application for registration of the operation of the representative office of foreign education; the director of the department of education and training considers; decide to issue an operation registration certificate, made according to Form No. 21 in the Appendix issued with this Decree; and announced on the agency’s web portal.
In addition, in case of refusal to issue an operation registration certificate, the application-receiving agency shall reply in writing, clearly stating the reason.
Besides, suppose the dossier is incomplete as prescribed in Clause 2 of this Article, within 05 working days. In that case, the dossier-receiving agency shall send a written notice directly or by post or email to the foreign educational institutions.
