For conditions related to employees, specialists, spa facilities must fully meet the following issues:

How to register charter capital to establish a spa service business?
Charter capital is the total value of assets contribute or commit to contributing by members when establishing a limited liability company or partnership; is the total par value of shares sold or registered for purchase upon business establishment, for a joint-stock company.
For the charter capital to establish a spa business company, there is no requirement on how much the minimum capital is. Depending on business purposes, enterprises can register different levels of charter capital, but above the initial contributed charter capital when established will be the basis for determining the level of license fee payment. As follows:
- For enterprises with charter capital or investment capital over 10 billion VND, the license fee is 03 million VND/year.
- For enterprises with charter capital or investment capital over 10 billion VND, the license fee is 03 million VND/year.
- And for branches, representative offices, business locations, non-business units, other economic organizations, the license fee is 01 million VND/year.
– Enterprises established in the first 6 months of the year: Must pay a license tax for the whole year.
– Enterprises established in the last 6 months of the year (from July 1 to the end of the year): will have to pay 50% of the license tax for 1 year.

– For new businesses established after February 25, 2020, as prescribed in Decree 22/2020/ND-CP, they will exempt from license fees in the first year of establishment or starting production and business activities. (from January 1 to December 31).
– The enterprise must fully contribute the registered charter capital within 90 days; from the date of issuance of the business registration certificate. In case of failure to contribute fully; within the above time limit, the enterprise must register for adjustment of charter capital equal to the actual value of contributed capital; within 30 days from the last day of full capital contribution.
– The form of capital contribution to the company depends on whether the capital contributor is an individual or an enterprise. If the capital contributor is an enterprise, the form of capital contribution cannot be in cash; but must be in the form of a check, payment order, or another non-cash payment method; in accordance with the law. If the capital contributor is an individual, he or she can choose one of two forms; to contribute capital to the company, which is cash or bank transfer.
