4. A fine ranging from VND 10,000,000 to VND 20,000,000 shall be imposed for improperly implementing one of the price stabilization measures prescribed by a competent authority.
5. A fine ranging from VND 20,000,000 to VND 30,000,000 shall be imposed for failing to implement one of the price stabilization measures prescribed by a competent authority.

6. A fine ranging from VND 30,000,000 to VND 40,000,000 shall be imposed for making deductions; using; Transferring or accounting for the Price Stabilization Fund in contravention of the law on prices.
7. A fine ranging from VND 40,000,000 to VND 60,000,000 shall be imposed for failing to transfer or set up a Price Stabilization Fund then.
8. Remedial measures:

a) Forcible payment to the Price Stabilization Fund the entire amount due to improper use, transfer, or accounting of the Price Stabilization Fund as prescribed in Clause 6 of this Article;

b) Forcible payment to the Price Stabilization Fund the entire amount due to improper setup or failure to set up the Price Stabilization Fund and the interest calculated on the arising balance of the Price Stabilization Fund (if any) according to the provisions of Clauses 6 and 3. Clause 7 of this Article;
