What are the cases of business license re-insurance?
Accordingly, there are 02 cases that businesses may need to re-register their business licenses, which are:
- Change of head office address to another province/city under central authority;
- The lost or damaged of business license

Hence the regulation, the dossier for business license re-issuance will contain the following documents:
- Application for re-issuance of business license
- A copy of the Business Registration Certificate showing the content of the adjustment of the head office to a different province/city.
Procedure for business license re-issuance
Basically, business owners will not need to get confirmation from the police; or local authorities, just follow these 2 steps:
Step 1: Prepare the dossier
Firstly, the applicant shall complete the form of application for re-issuance of business registration for enterprises (according to the form in Circular 02/2019/TT-BKHDT). The dossier must include all information as well as the signatory; stamp of the legal representative.
Step 2: Submit the dossier
Secondly, the applicant submits the application file at the Business Registration Office of the Department of Planning and Investment where the enterprise is headquartered.
