Pursuant to the provisions of Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on entry, exit, transit, and residence of foreigners in Vietnam No. 51/2019/QH14, the following subjects can apply for the Vietnam Temporary Residence cards:
Initially, foreigners are members of diplomatic missions; consular offices; representative offices of international organizations affiliated to the United Nations or intergovernmental organizations in Vietnam; their spouses; under-18 children; and housemaids who live with them during their terms of office.
