Step 1: Make declaration form X01

Step 3: Submit your application

For dossiers submitted at the Immigration Department; the time limit for processing shall not exceed 05 working days from the date of receipt of complete and valid dossiers.
Step 4: Receive the passport re-issuance result
Persons who request for issuance, amendment; or supplementation of passports shall submit their dossiers at any immigration management agency and receive the results at that place.
